Regulation 94
Subregulation 1
No bulkhead for retaining compressed air within a tunnel shall be used unless it has been approved by the Commissioner.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to a bulkhead which forms an integral part of a tunnelling or boring machine.
