Regulation 95
Plant and ancillary equipment
Subregulation 1
Every plant and ancillary equipment in the worksite necessary for the conduct of work in the compressed air environment shall be —
(a)
of appropriate design and construction;
(b)
of sufficient capacity;
(c)
safe and without risk to health; and
(d)
adequately maintained.
Subregulation 2
No oxy-acetylene shall be used in the compressed air environment in the worksite.
