Time for application under section 54(5), 55(5) or 58(3) (P. 3, r. 59)
An application by the parent or guardian of a child or young person under section 54(5), 55(5) or 58(3) must be made within 14 days after the parent or guardian is notified of the determination or variation by the Director‑General or a protector.
