An application for permission to commence PH proceedings in the first instance in a Magistrate’s Court, a District Court (other than a Protection from Harassment Court) or the General Division of the High Court under section 16I of the Act —
(a)
must be made by originating application; or
(b)
in relation to a claim under section 11 of the Act, may be made by summons,supported by affidavit and filed in that court.
