Identification of party whose name is unknown

For the purposes of Part 2 or 3, where the name of any person to whom an order made in proceedings under section 11 of the Act, a protection order, an expedited protection order, a false statement order or an interim false statement order is intended to apply is unknown, that person may be identified by —
(a)
an Internet location address or a website associated with that person; or
(b)
a username or an account, an electronic mail address or any other unique identifier used by or associated with that person.
