Regulation 7
The Registrar may, with the approval of the Presiding Judge of the State Courts, establish an electronic filing and case management service for the following purposes:
(a)
to facilitate the submission of appropriate Forms and documents relating to simplified proceedings;
(b)
to facilitate the service of appropriate Forms and documents relating to simplified proceedings;
(c)
to facilitate, by electronic means, the settlement of disputes and the conduct of simplified proceedings.
