Unless otherwise provided under the Act or these Rules, the Rules of Court (including Order 3, Rule 2) apply with the necessary modifications to all proceedings in the Protection from Harassment Court and all PH proceedings, and for this purpose a reference to the “Rules of Court” or “these Rules” in the Rules of Court includes a reference to these Rules.
