Regulation 20

Restrictions on grant of licence

A licence, other than a class licence, shall only be granted by the Authority to —

(a)

a citizen of Singapore;

(b)

a business registered under the Business Names Registration Act 2014 (Act 29 of 2014);

(c)

a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap. 50); or

(d)

such other person as the Authority considers appropriate.
