Restrictions on grant of Aircraft Station Licence

Subregulation 1
An Aircraft Station Licence shall only be granted in respect of a station on a commercial or privately-owned aircraft registered in Singapore.

It is a condition of every Aircraft Station Licence that the aircraft in respect of which the Aircraft Station Licence is granted remains registered in Singapore throughout the period of validity of the Aircraft Station Licence.
