Ship Station Licence
Subregulation 1
A Ship Station Licence may be granted by the Authority if —
the ship on which the station is to be carried has a valid Ship Registry Certificate issued by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (established under section 4 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 170A));
the person applying for the Ship Station Licence furnishes the documents and information required by the Authority for the purpose of the application; and
[Deleted by S 100/2016 wef 01/04/2016](d)the ship complies with such other requirements as may be determined by the Authority from time to time.
Subregulation 2
A person who is unable to furnish all the information and documents required by the Authority in respect of the application form for a Ship Station Licence may, upon payment of the prescribed fee and upon satisfying such other requirements as may be determined by the Authority, be granted a Provisional Ship Station Licence which shall be valid for such period and subject to such conditions as may be determined by the Authority.
