35. Duty of licensee in respect of equipment, Radio Regulations, etc.
Feedback & supportAll equipment comprised in a station on board any aircraft must be approved by the Director-General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and a certificate to this effect shall accompany the application for the licence.
An Aircraft Station licensee shall observe the provisions of the Radio Regulations and any other local or international rules and regulations applicable to stations on board an aircraft.
Subregulation 1
