15. Quorum

No business, with the exception of adjournment, may be transacted and no resolution or action of the Majlis is valid unless at least one-third of the members is present at the meeting.
Majlis

“Majlis” means the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura, constituted and continued under section 3;

The Majlis may, subject to subsection (1), act despite any vacancy in its membership.
