21. Minutes

(1)
The Majlis must ensure that minutes of every meeting are kept in the national language or in English.

Defined · s 2
“Majlis” means the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura, constituted and continued under section 3;
(2)
At every meeting, the minutes of the previous meeting must be read and confirmed, subject to any amendment which may be required.
(3)
Such minutes must include a full record of every resolution of the Majlis.
(4)
A copy of the minutes must be sent to the President of Singapore.
