A copy of any resolution certified by the Chief Executive to be a true copy of the resolution is sufficient evidence thereof.

“Chief Executive” means the Chief Executive of the Majlis, and includes any individual acting in that capacity;

All courts are to take notice of the signature of the Chief Executive.
