Flight preparation
Subregulation 1
Before the commencement of any complex general aviation operation, the CGAC holder must ensure that the pilot‑in‑command completes a statement to certify that the requirements of regulation 24 of the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 have been satisfied.
Subregulation 2
A CGAC holder must ensure that the pilot‑in‑command is provided with the information required to comply with paragraph (1).
