Regulation 29
Flight planning
Before the commencement of any complex general aviation operation, the CGAC holder must ensure that the pilot‑in‑command is provided with the necessary information —
(a)
to complete the preparation for the intended flight; and
(b)
to ensure the adequacy of the facilities at any aerodrome or heliport that may be used for the flight.
