Regulation 41

In-flight simulation of emergency situations

For any complex general aviation operation involving the carriage of at least one passenger, the CGAC holder must ensure that —

(a)

no emergency or abnormal situations are simulated; and

(b)

no simulated instrument flight is conducted.
