Cosmic radiation
Subregulation 1
A CGAC holder must establish procedures in its Operations Manual for the operation of any aircraft at an altitude above 49,000 ft during a complex general aviation operation.
Subregulation 2
The procedures established in accordance with paragraph (1) must include —
(a)
procedures for the use of equipment to monitor the amount of cosmic radiation on a flight which is operated above 49,000 ft; and
(b)
procedures for recording the total cosmic radiation dose received over a period of 12 consecutive months by any person who is assigned duty as a crew member of a flight which is operated above 49,000 ft.
