Notification of ceasing operations
Subregulation 1
If an AWC holder intends to cease its aerial work operations, the AWC holder must notify the Authority in writing of such intention as soon as reasonably practicable.
Subregulation 2
An AWC holder must return its aerial works certificate to the Authority immediately upon the cessation of its operations.
