11. Notification of ceasing operations

If an AWC holder intends to cease its aerial work operations, the AWC holder must notify the Authority in writing of such intention as soon as reasonably practicable.
An AWC holder that ceases its aerial work operations must return its aerial work certificate to the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 90 days, after the cessation of its aerial work operations.
Subregulation 1
If an AWC holder intends to cease its aerial work operations, the AWC holder must notify the Authority in writing of such intention as soon as reasonably practicable.
Subregulation 2
An AWC holder that ceases its aerial work operations must return its aerial work certificate to the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 90 days, after the cessation of its aerial work operations.
