Regulation 8

any aerial work operation listed in its aerial work certificate in or over Singapore, or outside Singapore in a location which cannot be definitely established as being in the territory of another country or territory;

any ground or flight training appropriate to the aircraft operated or intended to be operated for such aerial work operations;

any flights to assess the competence of any person to be assigned as a flight crew member to such aerial work operations; and

any test or check necessary to assess the competence of any other person providing a service or performing a function as part of any operation listed in the aerial work certificate.
