Operations specifications
Subregulation 1
When granting or renewing an aerial work certificate under regulation 6, the Authority must issue an operations specifications that sets out the scope of the authorisation under the aerial work certificate.
Subregulation 2
An AWC holder must comply with the operations specifications associated with the aerial work certificate.
Subregulation 3
The Authority may vary the operations specifications associated with an aerial work certificate at the following times:
(a)
when the aerial work certificate is varied under regulation 10(3);
(b)
when the Authority is satisfied that such variation is necessary for the safety of air navigation or public safety, or both.
