31. Performance data

An AWC holder must ensure that the performance data for a relevant aircraft —

is contained in the aircraft’s flight manual or an equivalent document acceptable to the Director‑General of Civil Aviation; and

is available to every person who is a flight crew member, or who is responsible for flight planning or aircraft dispatch.
