Regulation 33

Runway surface conditions

For every flight of an aeroplane that may be used for aerial work operations, the AWC holder must ensure that —

(a)

all performance calculations made under regulation 29 take into account the surface conditions of the runway; and

(b)

before a runway is used for take‑off, the surface conditions of the runway would allow the aeroplane to take‑off safely.
