Wet and contaminated runway surfaces
Where it is necessary for an aeroplane, that may be used for aerial work operations, to take off from a contaminated or wet runway, the AWC holder must ensure that the following factors are taken into account:
(a)
the runway overrun area;
(b)
the local wind conditions, including any element of tailwind or crosswind;
(c)
the height of any snow banks adjacent to the runway.
