Aircraft operating under VFR

An operator of a Singapore registered aircraft to be flown in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules must ensure that the aircraft is equipped with a means of measuring and displaying —
(a)
magnetic heading;
(b)
barometric altitude;
(c)
indicated airspeed;
(d)
mach number, if the speed limitation prescribed by the aircraft flight manual is expressed in terms of mach number; and
(e)
the time in hours, minutes and seconds.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) does not apply to any aircraft that is a non‑power driven aircraft.
