Regulation 83
Category II or III precision approach equipment
An operator of a Singapore registered aircraft must not use the aircraft to conduct a Category II or III precision approach procedure unless —
(a)
the aircraft is equipped with the capability to conduct such operations; and
(b)
the operator has an approval granted by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation under the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) Regulations 2018 for that purpose.
