Regulation 82
Subregulation 1
An operator of a Singapore registered aircraft must ensure that the aircraft is provided with radio equipment appropriate to the navigation aids to be used if the aircraft is expected to land in instrument meteorological conditions.
Subregulation 2
The equipment provided in accordance with paragraph (1) must be capable of receiving signals to provide guidance to a point from which a visual landing can be made at any aerodrome of intended landing and any designated alternate aerodrome.
