45. Additional fuel
Feedback & supportA Singapore operator with a special operations approval to conduct EDTO must ensure that, for every aeroplane operated for EDTO, the additional fuel required under —
(a)
regulation 45(3)(g) of the Air Navigation (121 — Commercial Air Transport by Large Aeroplanes) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 444/2018); or
(b)
regulation 46(3)(g) of the Air Navigation (135 — Commercial Air Transport by Helicopters and Small Aeroplanes) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 445/2018),as applicable, includes the fuel necessary to comply with any EDTO‑critical scenario that the Director‑General of Civil Aviation may establish.
