Regulation 50
Flight validation
A Singapore operator seeking a special operations approval to conduct a polar operation must, using the aircraft to be used for the operation —
(a)
demonstrate its reaction and recovery plan in the event of a diversion to one of its designated en‑route alternate aerodromes; and
(b)
complete a successful validation flight,under the observation of, and to the satisfaction of, the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
