Regulation 51
Training requirements
A Singapore operator with a special operations approval to conduct a polar operation must ensure that the training programme provided in accordance with regulation 47(b) ensures that every person involved in the operation as a flight crew member, or a member of the operations personnel, is trained and competent in the operational plans, procedures and use of equipment related to such operations.
