Additional details for application

A Singapore operator seeking a special operations approval to conduct a polar operation must, as part of the application under regulation 4(1) —

(a)

identify every aircraft to be used for the operation;

(b)

specify the equipment to be carried on board the aircraft so identified;

(c)

complete the flight validation required under regulation 50 using the aircraft so identified; and

(d)

provide details of —

(i)

the training programme required under regulation 47(b);

(ii)

the operational plan for the operation required under regulation 47(c); and

(iii)

the procedures required under regulation 47(d).
