Regulation 6
Application to use, exhibit, etc., additional qualification
Subregulation 1
A registered allied health professional may apply to the Council for approval to use or exhibit or publish in any card, letter, stationery, nameplate, signboard, placard, circular, handbill or any notice displayed at the premises used by him or her for the practice of any prescribed allied health profession any qualification other than the qualifications which are entered against his or her name in the appropriate register.
Subregulation 2
An application mentioned in paragraph (1) must be made in the manner specified by the Council and be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Third Schedule.
