156. Validity of Council’s actions

The Council may, subject to the prescribed requirements for quorum, transact its business despite any vacancy among its members.

“Council” means the National Council on Problem Gambling established under section 154;

The proceedings of the Council are, or any decision of the Council is, valid despite any defect in the appointment of its members or that some person who was not entitled to do so took part in its proceedings.
