156A. Special affiliates of the Council

(1)
The Minister may appoint a former member of the Council as a special affiliate of the Council.

“Minister”, except in section 45A and Parts 9 and 10, means the Minister charged with the responsibility for gambling suppression;
(2)
Each special affiliate may be appointed for a period not exceeding a period to be prescribed and is eligible for reappointment.

“special affiliate” means a former member of the Council appointed under section 156A as a special affiliate of the Council;
(3)
The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of a special affiliate.
