32. Suspended persons not to practise dentistry during period of suspension

Any person whose registration as a dentist or an oral health therapist under this Act has been suspended under section 50 or 55 must not practise dentistry during the period of his or her suspension.

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.[25
