Funds of Council, etc.
of Dental Registration Act 1999
(1)
All fees, penalties and other moneys payable to the Council under this Act or any regulations made under this Act that are not paid are recoverable as a debt due to the Council.
(2)
Subject to subsection (3), all fees and other moneys (other than penalties) collected or recovered by the Council under this Act or any regulations made under this Act must be paid to the Council.
(3)
All penalties collected or recovered under this Act or any regulations made under this Act must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
(4)
The costs and expenses of and incidental to the performance of the functions of the Council, the Complaints Committees, the Disciplinary Committees, the Health Committee and any committee appointed by the Council under this Act must be paid by the Council out of its funds.
(5)
The Minister may pay into the funds of the Council such sum of money out of moneys to be provided by Parliament as the Minister may determine.[54
