12. Registrar

For the purposes of this Act, there is to be a Registrar of the Council.

The Chief Dental Officer is to be the Registrar of the Council.

“Chief Dental Officer” means the Chief Dental Officer of the Ministry of Health;

The Minister may appoint a person to act as Registrar during the absence from Singapore or incapacity from illness or otherwise of the Registrar.
