6. President of Council

The Council has a president who is elected by the members of the Council from among its members.

“Council” means the Singapore Dental Council established under section 3(1);

The president serves for a term not extending beyond the expiry of the term for which he or she has been appointed or elected to be a member of the Council, and is eligible for re‑election.
