Applications for such permission
Subregulation 1
All applications for the sanction of the Director‑General for the collection of subscriptions on behalf of any school must be made in writing to the Director‑General and must state the object for which the subscription is to be raised, the amount expected or desired to be subscribed, the methods of collection to be adopted, the estimated costs of collection, the names of all collectors, the name of the person to be responsible for the money collected and for the proper keeping of accounts, the name of the bank or other place of deposit into which the money subscribed will be paid, and the name of the person who will control the expenditure of the money so collected.
Subregulation 2
The Director-General may require the applicant to give such further information as the Director‑General may require about the finances and management of the school and the purposes and management of the proposed subscription.
