Regulation 106

Director-General to scrutinise accounts and order disposal of balances

The purposes for which the collection was sanctioned must be fulfilled within a reasonable time of the closing of the subscription list and the accounts must be submitted for scrutiny to the Director‑General. Any balance remaining unspent must be expended as the Director‑General may direct for the benefit of the pupils of the school. The Director‑General may decide what is to be considered a reasonable time in each case.
