Teacher on appointment to deposit certificate of registration with supervisor
A teacher must not be appointed to the staff of any school until the teacher has deposited with the supervisor of that school a certificate of registration issued to the teacher by the Director‑General in accordance with section 37 of the Act or until an authority or a permit has been issued in accordance with section 41 or 44 respectively of the Act.
