Regulation 7

In every school there is to be appointed a fit and proper person to be the principal who is responsible for the organisation of the curriculum both in and out of the classroom, for the control of the teachers and for the maintenance of discipline of the pupils of the school whether on the school premises or off the school premises in such circumstances as to permit the pupils to be identified as pupils of the school.
