Regulation 60

A medical officer or any person provided with and, if required, exhibiting the written authority of a medical officer may at any reasonable time enter and inspect the premises of any school to ascertain whether the school is being kept in a sanitary condition, and must send a copy of his or her report to the Director‑General.
