Right of appeal

(1)
Where any person interested is dissatisfied with the decision or order of the Commissioner, the person may, within 14 days after the decision or order, appeal to the General Division of the High Court from the decision or order.

The procedure governing any such appeal to the General Division of the High Court is as provided for in the Rules of Court.
