Section 126

No court fees are chargeable in the first instance on any proceedings commenced by an employee or a subcontractor for labour or by the Commissioner on behalf of the employee or the subcontractor for labour, against the employee’s employer or other person liable under this Act but, in case a conviction is had or judgment is given against that employer or person liable, the court fees are to be paid by the employer or person liable together with the general costs of the proceedings.
