9. Termination of contract
Feedback & supportA contract of service for a specified piece of work or for a specified period of time, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Part, terminates when the work specified in the contract is completed or the period of time for which the contract was made has expired.

“contract of service” means any agreement, whether written or oral, express or implied, whereby one person agrees to employ another as an employee and that other agrees to serve his or her employer as an employee and includes an apprenticeship contract or agreement;
A contract of service for an unspecified period of time is deemed to run until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
