In the HCS Act, in section 42 —
(a)
in the section heading, replace “or authorised officer” with “, authorised officer or auxiliary authorised officer”; and
(b)
in subsection (1)(a) and (b), replace “or an authorised officer” with “, an authorised officer or an auxiliary authorised officer”.
