In the HCS Act, in section 51 —
(a)
in subsections (1) and (2), replace “and an authorised officer” with “, an authorised officer and an auxiliary authorised officer”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), replace “or authorised officer” with “, authorised officer or auxiliary authorised officer”.
