Regulation 19
Requirements for determination of land betterment charge
For the purposes of determining the land betterment charge using the Table of Rates method or the Valuation method, the Authority may require an applicant to submit —
(a)
a detailed calculation, based on such Method and requirements as the Authority may specify, of the floor area which is C in the formula specified in regulation 5; and
(b)
any plans, documents and other information, together with any evidence in support of the information, that the Authority may specify.
