Regulation 17
Application of Part
This Part applies only to —
(a)
a development or a subdivision of any land mentioned in section 9(2) of the Act in relation to which a chargeable consent is given;
(b)
any other development in relation to which a chargeable consent is given and an election under section 9(3)(a) of the Act is made by all taxable persons concerned; or
(c)
a development or a subdivision of any land in relation to which a chargeable consent is given where the Table of Rates method is inapplicable to the particular development.
